GameDate respects and understands the importance of your privacy and will never sell, share, or otherwise transfer your personal information to any third parties without your express permission.

When you contact GameDate via email we will store your address only to be used for:

1. Either adding you to the GameDate mailing list if this is what you have asked us to do (this list has an opt-out facility) and/or

2. Booking you onto a GameDate event. When your information is collected, it will only be used to advise you of forthcoming GameDate events and for correspondence relating to any event for which you have booked. If you make a booking with GameDate your information is added to our email mailing list.

We never pass on email addresses to anyone else. GameDate has a strict anti-spam policy and will not send emails to anyone who has unsubcribed from our lists.
